Non Traditional Products

A non traditional real estate product such as self-storage facilities, senior housing, student housing, warehouses, manufactured homes and some types of industrial have an inherent value.  However in an oversaturated market where it is easier to fund the low hanging fruit rather than go that extra mile to analyze the more extraneous deals these property types may prove difficult to find financing.  As vacancies increase and cost of construction increases the capital pipeline may shut off.  Purchases or refinances of mobile home parks, land, industrial and other unique property types may have to seek a hard money or private equity lender like CoHI.  Please call David Schmidt 970-922-3277 to discuss further options.
