When you do call COHI, your communications are directly with a decision maker. We don’t hold committee meetings; once we issue a term sheet our intentions are to close the loan. Loan turn around times as fast as a week depending on the situation.
COHI Colorado offers private financing for many types off properties around our state to meet borrowers many needs – please learn specifics on our Loan Types page. We are unable to fund loans for land leases or second position loans. Typical loans are from $50,000 to $3,000,000.
